There is no question that Ella Langley is one of the IT girls right now in country music, with her massive hit song “Choosin’ Texas” and highly successful album, Dandelion.
In a recent live stream with her makeup artist, Chris Bear, Ella answered fan questions about what her favourite songs are from different artists, both in country music, like Carrie Underwood, Dolly Parton, and Hank Williams Jr., as well as classic rock bands like Pearl Jam and Fleetwood Mac.
She started off the list by naming her favourite Carrie Underwood songs, which are “Jesus, Take the Wheel” and “Blown Away.”
When asked about Dolly Parton, she listed the classic hit “9 to 5,” as well as mentioning her Christmas song “Hard Candy Christmas,” which has been covered by many country artists, including Reba McEntire and Zach Top.
Ella has a wide range of musical influences and didn’t just share her favourite country artists and songs on the live stream. Ella mentioned how her favourite Fleetwood Mac song is “Seven Wonders,” adding that she believes Stevie Nicks sings her name in that song, which makes her love it even more. Pearl Jam is another band Ella talked about, listing “Yellow Ledbetter” as her favourite.
Ending off the list, Ella mentions her favourite Alan Jackson song being “Chattahoochee,” her favourite Hank Williams Jr. song being “Montgomery in the Rain,” and her favourite Elvis Presley song being “Can’t Help Falling in Love.”
Ella is such a versatile artist, so it is no surprise learning about her musical knowledge and the wide range of artists she likes.
