The House That Built Me—Country Stars Show Off Their Nashville Homes

By: Sadie Christine

Do you want the house tour? Thanks to Architectural Digest, your favorite country artists are opening the doors to their Nashville homes. This is where they relax, recharge, and find inspiration when they’re off the road. Nestled in the heart of Music City, these homes are more than just living spaces; they’re creative spaces that fuel the music you love.

The latest star to share her home on the YouTube series is Lainey Wilson. Her house blends Americana Southern charm with deeply personal touches and loved keepsakes. Every room reflects her style. From the horse-patterned wallpaper in the bathroom to feathers and lassos sprinkled throughout, It’s a home that feels authentically Lainey. As she puts it: “You don’t even have to kick your boots off!”

Kacey Musgraves described this Nashville home as a “serene” space. Filled with crystals, candles, plants, and records, it radiates creative energy and reflects her peaceful style. Kacey shared that the house often inspired her musically, sparking melodies and concepts as she played around in the space. Fun fact: although she’s since moved out, she sold the home to another country queen, Kelsea Ballerini. With its spiritual and earthy touches, the house feels uniquely Kacey.

Sheryl Crow’s house serves not only as a home but also as a recording studio and barn. This unique family space is warm, comfortable, and designed to spark creativity and inspiration. Much of the décor was personally sourced by Sheryl, who scoured eBay and various vintage shops and sellers to create this perfect vibe.

Like any homeowner, these country stars have poured their hearts into creating spaces they’re proud of. Knowing these artists and their musical vibe, it’s clear their homes are just as authentic as they are, and we’re feeling so inspired!
