Sip & Story: Wild Hearted’s Mocktail Mixtape

Last updated:

If you’re like us we are getting more selective when we drink alcohol — we love socializing with friends and family but don’t want to have to drink alcohol all the time — but we still want the dynamic flavour of a cocktail!  So, here are some suggestions. They’re easy to make, packed with flavor, and built to carry the moment — loud or quiet, planned or spontaneous. No alcohol, no big explanation — just something good in your glass, and someone worth sharing it with.

Dirt Road Sunset

Citrus-forward with just a little kick, this one brings energy without overdoing it. Bright, refreshing, and easy to batch if more people roll in. Perfect for golden hour on the deck, first drinks around the kitchen island, or a low-key afternoon that starts picking up steam.

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz fresh blood orange juice
  • 1 oz lavender honey
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • Splash of chili-infused soda water
  • Dried orange wheel

Bonfire Stories

Sweet, smoky, and a little playful. This one’s got that late-night feel, but it works just as well at a cottage lunch with your folks or sitting around with a friend catching up. It’s a mellow mood with just enough edge to keep things interesting.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz fresh watermelon juice
  • 1 oz coconut water
  • ½ oz toasted marshmallow syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Smoke-infused ice cube

The Wild Heart’s Whisper

This one’s subtle but full of depth. Great for winding down a long day, pairing with something warm from the oven, or those longer talks that sneak up on you. It’s not loud, but it leaves a mark—just the right balance of cozy and cool.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz sage-infused apple cider
  • 1 oz maple bourbon syrup
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • Splash of smoked rosemary tincture
  • Candied ginger for garnish

The Final Pour

Whether you’re hosting a full house or just spending time with someone who gets you, these drinks bring something extra to the table. No pressure to explain, no need to label it. Just simple, bold flavor and a reason to linger a little longer.

So make a round, pass a glass, and let the moment unfold.

Stay Wild. Stay Tasty. Stay Country.
